In my opinion, Doctor Ruiz is a miracle worker. He is the best dentist I have ever encountered and in my 66 years I have seen quite a few. The great thing about Doctor Ruiz is has hands and his technique. I have almost gone to sleep in the chair because he does not cause any discomfort.
His injection of the novacaine is less of a sensation than a mosquito bite. I personally recommend Doctor Ruiz.
